BOLASPORT.COM – Coach Liverpool, Jürgen Klopp, and tactics Manchester City, Pep Guardiola, opposed the decision Premier League about the substitution of players.
After being suspended due to the corona virus pandemic aka COVID-19, Premier League 2019-2020 finally rolled back in last June.
Moment Premier League started again, several new rules were introduced to the match, one of which was the substitution of players.
The player replacement rules, which were only three times per game, were changed to five per game.
The rule lasts until Premier League 2019-2020 ended at the end of last July.

However, for the 2020-2021 season roll, the English League no longer uses these rules.
Even though the world soccer body, FIFA, still provides concessions for competitions throughout Europe using these rules and other competitions such as the Bundesliga, the Spanish League and the Champions League still use five substitutions.
The Premier League’s decision not to continue the five changes was also met with opposition from several parties.
Some people who are quite vocal in opposing the Premier League rules are Juergen Klopp and Pep Guardiola.
