Raymundo Collins Flores, former head of the Housing Institute of Mexico City and former Secretary of Public Security, managed to have a Control Judge of the Superior Court of Justice decree the extinction of criminal action against him, since he prescribed the crime of illegal use of attributions and powers by which the capital government accuses him.
At the hearing, the Control Judge granted such determination after the defense of the former Chief of the Capital Police so he will request them, under the same circumstances as his former collaborator Fernando Javier Linares, former legal director of the Invi.
This determination voids the arrest warrant issued against the former Secretary of Public Security, as well as the request and issuance of the Interpol red card.
It will be until next Monday when a federal judge of his resolution before the amparo trial that last year processed Collins Flores.
