VTM says it is very sorry that the judge has not heard the channel and that this broadcasting ban was only pronounced on the day of the broadcast of the first episode.

Ten years after the facts, the makers reconstruct the investigation into the murder of Stijn Saelens and examine the role of the media. The functioning of the courts and the legal profession in this case are also discussed.
VTM says it respects the court’s decision and therefore not broadcast the series pending a ruling from the judge in preliminary relief proceedings.
