When we think of television presenters we tend to believe that all their income comes from the shows they host, but sometimes they surprise us with the most profitable and original side businesses.

Juan Ramon BonetJuanra, for most viewers, has been working on the small screen for several decades and it is that from the Catalan regional television, TV3, he made the leap to national television years ago, becoming one of the most common and appreciated faces.

Juanra is a versatile professional who is suitable for everything from the unbridled and hooligan QCQ (Caiga Quien Caiga) to fiction and, currently, contests. Bonet presents ¡Boom! in Antena 3 but, in addition to the good salary that his account must fatten thanks to his work on television, he has wanted to undertake between stoves.

The one from Barcelona launched a company called ‘Cocina Perezosa SL’ in 2019 with an initial share capital of € 3,100 as collected After casting. Juanra Bonet shares this partnership with her friend Alberto Gonzalo, an expert cook and restaurateur.

‘Cocina Perezosa’ is dedicated to preparing prepared dishes and various meals for its customers and, among the stoves, there is Alberto himself and his team, so success was assured. Now that this company rolls alone due to their common effort, Juanra thinks about her new business and has just launched it… tomato sauce!

His partner, Alberto, has in Madrid’s Malasaña neighborhood one of the best-functioning places in the area, the Agrado Tavern. This tavern is where Juanra Bonet fell in love with the tomato sauce that is now being launched on the market in a packaged format under the name ‘Salsa Agrado’.

In the words of the presenter himself to Ecoteuve: “I would like it to be successful, and for people to like the sauce that I am going to release on the market in a couple of months. It has nothing to do with television. It is a sauce from a tavern in Madrid, which I have been eating for 10 years, which I have decided to put on the market and which I hope will go very well. “

The new star product that can bring benefits to Bonet is defined by the journalist as: “A spicy tomato, the idea is that it is an alternative to ketchup”. Of course, the current host of ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’ has focused on its gastronomic businesses and thus expands its capital.

In addition to television, prepared food and now this spiced ketchup, Juanra is the father of a two-year-old girl, Gabriella, with her partner. Of course, the presenter is tremendously jealous of his privacy and we know little else about his personal life apart from the different and surprising ‘business’ he handles.
