JOYN Serviced Living expands in Zurich and Frankfurt »news

So far, the serviced apartments have been in premium locations in Cologne, Vienna and twice in Munich. In the next few years JOYN wants to expand further and become one of the leading providers in Europe. Four further locations in metropolises such as Düsseldorf, Copenhagen and Madrid are already being planned.

The JOYN rooms score with their urban design with a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a visually separated sleeping and living area. For shorter city trips it is also available without a kitchenette. A local host will give you insider tips on the best addresses in town.

Lounge area for working and networking

As a central element, the JOYN Community Space – a spacious lounge area for working and networking – gives all houses a communicative character. A coffee machine is available at all times in the communal kitchen, and breakfast bales and small healthy meals are available from the food machine from the start-up brand “Foodji”.

Overnight stays from 49 euros per person

JOYN Serviced Living is a brand of UPARTMENTS Real Estate GmbH based in Leipzig. JOYN Vienna opened in 2019. Depending on the location, an overnight stay in a serviced apartment can be booked from 49 euros per person for a stay of 30 nights. For short stays, a price from 69 euros applies.

“If necessary, guests can call up all the services that are offered in a corresponding hotel,” emphasizes Julia Harnischfeger, Managing Director UPARTMENTS Real Estate GmbH: “At JOYN, you get a community of people with similar interests. That makes arriving in a strange city a lot easier. JOYN is a serviced apartment, lifestyle hotel and a real temporary home. “(Red)
