Journal – These are the “strongest brands” of the European real estate industry

On June 21, 2022, the strongest brands in the real estate industry from 19 sub-sectors and asset classes, the growth winners and the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of the Year were honored with the coveted “Brand Diamonds” for the 14th time – this year for the first time live the German Bundestag. TV star Barbara Schöneberger and REB.Institute founder and CEO Harald Steiner hosted a glamorously staged, hybrid AWARD show, which could be followed online throughout Europe via the Real Estate Brand Channel.

“The Brand Award’s unique selling point is that the strongest brands are not determined by a jury, but on the basis of valid data that is collected annually as part of the Real Estate Brand Value Study,” explains CEO Harald Steiner. In terms of content, 2022 showed that the winners scored above all in the three core topics and drivers of transformation: ESG, employer branding and digital marketing leadership.

126,841 questioned industry experts from 19 real estate sub-sectors, 45 European markets, 1,546 brands and 9,958 evaluated questionnaires – these are the core data of the Real Estate Brand Value Study. The REB.Institute evaluates the positioning of European real estate brands in all relevant sub-sectors and asset classes on a scientific basis. Europe’s largest empirical brand value study of the real estate industry serves as the basis for determining the 500 strongest brands in the industry that have been listed in the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE 500 since 2019.
