Decree No. 2022-586 of April 20, 2022 raising the minimum salary in the public service
>> This decree increases from May 1, 2022 the minimum salary set by the grid governing the remuneration of the public service. The decree sets the minimum salary, today corresponding to the increased index 343 (i.e. gross index 371), to the increased index 352 corresponding to the gross index 382.
Audiences concerned : administrations, civil and military personnel of the State, personnel of local authorities and public health establishments.
Coming into force : the decree enters effective May 1, 2022 .
