KSP response

In response, the senior staff of the Office of Presidential Personnel (KSP) Ade Irfan Pulungan admitted that they had not read the details of the arguments proposed. However, he stresses that the administrative process already carried out has certainly gone through various clarifications and non-arbitrary checks.

“I have not read the arguments, what is the reason, this is a civil act, he said it was against the law. But we can see what are the grounds for doing so, I think there is no correlation between the arguments he made and the facts . If he suspects that there is Mr. Jokowi’s fake diploma, this can be refuted. Why? Mr. Jokowi, since he became mayor, that requirement has been included. This is a requirement. Then why? , either he didn’t know or how he did it, “Ade Irfan said when asked for confirmation.

“The KPU is neither a fool nor an original person. As mayor of the city for two terms, governor and president, the requirements are no different. What is the correlation between him saying a fake diploma and the facts,” he added. .

KSP wants plaintiffs: potential backlog

The Presidential Personnel Office (KSP) responded to a lawsuit against President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in the Central Jakarta District Court (PN) related to allegations of false diplomas. KSP warns parties filing a lawsuit not to spread hatred.

“It might just spread hate and lies, be careful. If it only spreads hate, lies and slander, this is the potential return for a lawsuit or even a criminal charge. Be careful,” KSP chief expert Ade Irfan Pulungan said when was contacted, Tuesday (4/10/2022).

Ade Irfan admitted that he did not read the details of the lawsuit. However, he pointed out that the fake diploma lawsuit was unrelated to the real facts.

He also pointed out that the KPU did not carelessly accept the candidate’s requirements in the elections. Ade Irfan believes the court will dismiss the lawsuit against Jokowi regarding the fake diploma.
