The community held a series of demonstrations related to rising fuel prices (BBM). President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is said to have listened to the aspirations of the people who took action.
“Mr. Jokowi responds, accepts the aspirations, listens to the aspirations of fellow students. Like him and this is properly considered, we see that various policies always have social safety nets that have been prepared in this way,” said the deputy principal expert of KSP IV Yohanes Joko, at the horse statue, central Jakarta, Tuesday (9/13/2022).
Yohanes said Jokowi also opened up opportunities to meet with the masses who held demonstrations. However, Yohanes stressed that the most important thing right now is that the government accepts every aspiration that is passed on.

As is known, the mass of action which is a combination of elements of students and workers held a demonstration today. Yohanes said the palace did not meet masses because there was no request from the public.

Yohanes further said that Jokowi was unable to meet today’s crowd because he welcomed the Canadian ambassador to Indonesia.
“He (Jokowi) is there. This morning he received the Canadian ambassador, he was in Jakarta doing his usual activities. This morning he received the Canadian ambassador. Yes, he is doing his usual activities,” he concluded.
The work asks the government to listen to the aspiration of the people
The spokesman for the workers’ movement with the people (Gebrak), Nining Elitos, said that no government party has yet met the mass protest against rising fuel prices at the horse statue in central Jakarta (Jakpus). , today. However, it is known that the representatives of KSP met the mass of action.
“From this morning until this moment, there is no government representative on how to listen to the aspirations of the people against today,” Nining said expressing his attitude to the students after the demonstration on Tuesday (13/9).
Nining also said the state should be able to make people thrive. He regretted the current condition that he called many people who were not prosperous.
“The mandate of the state constitution is that the people must prosper, the people must be given justice, the people must be given equality, the people must be prosperous, but so far we haven’t heard of it,” Nining said.
For this reason, the mass of action this time claimed that the Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin government was against the people. According to him, the government does not listen to the aspirations of the people.
“This means that we convey the attitude of all the people who today are against the fact that the Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin regime is against the people. That the Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin regime is very impartial and does not listen to the aspirations of the people, “he said.
Nining also reminded the government to listen to the demands of the masses who organized demonstrations. He reminded the government not to piss people off.
“Today’s declaration to the regime, be careful with the people. If people are angry, never blame the people, but blame the authorities who never listen to people’s aspirations,” he added.
