According to designer Isaac Levy, the mouth mask is equipped with high-quality N99 filters. The owner of Yvel makes the very expensive copy on behalf of a customer. The buyer had two requirements: it had to be ready by the end of the year and the most expensive mouth mask in the world. “The latter was easy to fulfill,” Levy told Reuters.

The 270 gram mask is probably not very practical to wear. “The man wants to wear it and draw attention. I think this will make him very happy ”, Levy says about the intended customer. It is not clear who that is.
