JetBlue launched cheap flights between New York and London

The desire to fly between the US and Great Britain had been alive for some time at JetBlue, and was made possible by the purchase of the Airbus A321LR, the Long Range version of the A321neo. As a result, the budget airline was finally able to announce the long-awaited regular service in March this year.

Although transatlantic air traffic is still restricted by strict travel regulations, a partial relaxation of these rules allowed JetBlue to take the plunge.

The A321LR (with a flight range of 7,400 kilometers) can accommodate 138 passengers at JetBlue. Of these, 24 can travel in the luxurious Mint Business Class, with seats that can be completely flattened and offer direct access to the aisle. Sliding doors provide more privacy.
In Economy Class, the seats have a pitch of 32 inches. There are also seats with an extra 5 inches. Just like in Mint, every passenger has a modern entertainment screen at their disposal.

At the end of September, JetBlue also hopes to fly to London Gatwick, and next year there is a scheduled service between Boston and London.

In addition to the A321LR, JetBlue has also ordered the A321XLR (eXtra Long Range). This allows you to fly even further. A scheduled service to Schiphol is therefore one of the options.
