The camera shot shows Sanchez with a big smile wearing an engagement ring made of jumbo-sized diamonds. Beside her was Bezos and they were wearing casual clothes.

According to an analysis from Ajay Anand from Rare Carat, the ring may cost up to USD 2.5 million considering its large size.

Relevant sources confirm they are engaged and may marry soon. It’s not clear at what point Bezos proposed to Sanchez, but it’s likely on the cruise since they’ve been traveling for quite some time with the latest stop in Paris for the Cannes Film Festival.

Bezos and Lauren seem inseparable and continue to appear intimate in public. “He inspires me every day, he makes me a better person every day. He is the most loving person I have ever known,” Sanchez said in an interview.

Bezos and Sanchez reportedly started dating in 2019, but they initially kept a low profile until Bezos officially divorced from his ex-wife MacKenzie Scott. Sanchez herself has also separated from her ex-husband.

Jeff Bezos himself retired as CEO of Amazon. It’s no wonder he has more free time for fun even though he’s still busy taking care of the spaceship business at the Blue Origin company.
