The next day Alexandre Da Costa, violinist and conductor of the Orchester symphonique de Longueuil, will present his show Stradivarius BaROCK“a one-of-a-kind show honoring classical music legends of nearly every genre,” reads the Arts Center statement.

The musician also proposes artists from the popular repertoire such as Leonard Cohen or Queen, which he reinvents in his own way. “By revisiting Bach with a touch of jazz, drenching Pachelbel’s Canon with a little pop, we continue to hoist Hendrix like him into opera,” he told the Montreal newspaper.
