Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises through the Indonesia Financial Group reshuffled the board of directors of the state-owned insurance company PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo). Changes occurred in the positions of the company’s top leadership and Director of Operations.
This is stated in a copy of the Decree (SK) of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-306/MBU/09/2021 and Number: 09/SK-DIR/RUPS-AP/BPUI/IX/2021 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members Directors of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia.
From the decision letter, it was conveyed that Didit Mehta Pariadi had been honorably dismissed as President Director and Dodi Susanto as Operational Director of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia.
Meanwhile, he appointed Andy Samuel as President Director and Teguh Permana as Operational Director of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia.
