The desire to reside abroad of many Colombians leads them to look for the best country to settle alone or with their families.

That is why we present the list of cities, located in different countries of the world, where they not only welcome with open arms, but also provide benefits to foreigners, including Colombians, who want to leave and settle there.

It is a group of places with a mainly elderly population where generational change is necessary due to the low birth rate, scarce labor force and reactivation of the economy.

Scholarships, housing and job opportunities are some of the offers offered by those places located in the northern hemisphere, mainly in Europe.

The places are:

Molise, Italy: region of 305,000 inhabitants that offers $27,000 to foreigners who settle in one of its 106 villages and start a business.

Mishima, Japan: population of 108,000 that offers $630 per month for the first 3 years to singles under 55 and 74 to married

Pipestone, Canada: town of 1,400 people on the border with the United States that offers scholarships of up to $25,000 and lots of $8 to those who start a business.
