PAPGAT – Jan den Bresser received the Van Rossum Papgat Prize on Saturday in Sint-Oedenrode, or rather Papgat.
This prize is awarded annually to people who have made an extra contribution to the carnival in Rooi.
Jan den Bresser has been a member of De Narrekaps since 1985 and has therefore been actively involved in carnival for almost 30 years.
