The Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office managed to get Luis Alonso “N”, who was head of human resources of the Municipal Police of Puerto Vallarta, for him crime of corruption of minors, events that occurred in the municipality of Puerto Vallarta to the detriment of a girl.

At the hearing, the defendant waived his benefit of 72 hours or the duplication of 144 hours and opted for the judge to resolve his legal situation.
The link was achieved after the Prosecutor’s Office disagreed with the judge’s first decision not to link the former official, for which he went to the Jurisdictional Body to whom he requested a new hearing which was granted when there were enough elements.

It was on July 26 when Luis Alonso “N” was caught with the minor naked in a car, for which municipal police officers arrested him on the presumption of commission of the crime of child sexual abuse.
