But when the artist requested the order of a thorough forensic autopsy, which could dispel doubts, the investigators refused him. But now they have received an order from above to carry it out.

Ivan Vyskočil: He received justice
Three months after death entrepreneur Jakub Vyskočil (†46), who claimed before his death that he was threatenedthe family finally got what they wanted from the investigators from the beginning.
„They only performed a medical autopsy, which is much less detailed than a forensic autopsy (details at the end of the article – editor’s note). But the investigator immediately rejected it, she didn’t even have time to read all the documents we sent her. I am practically convinced that Jakub did not kill himself. He had big plans, he was also looking forward to the wedding. Fortunately, our stubbornness paid off and the High Prosecutor’s Office has now ordered an autopsy“, eXtra.cz said actor Ivan Vyskočil.

A new investigation
“At the same time, the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office ordered a new investigation of the case, because it recognized our objections that the public prosecutor’s offices subordinate to it did not act consistently enough and made mistakes,” emphasizes.
His son’s body has been in the cooler for three months, after the autopsy, the deceased and his father will finally have peace. “The police already called to ask if the body had not yet been cremated. I don’t know if it was to their misfortune or joy, but in any case it hasn’t happened yet, and the forensic autopsy will therefore have to take place,” the actor pointed out.
“The most interesting part of the letter from the public prosecutor’s office for me is the passage in which it says that I have a constitutional right to an effective investigation. The whole time they denied it to us and cursed us. I’m glad that the High Prosecutor’s Office has restored my faith in justice, at least a little,” he added.
Changing police behavior
“But it moved slightly before. For two months, they weren’t interested in what the family knew about their son’s last moments, some time ago they finally invited us for questioning. They defended themselves that they did everything according to the law, so I emphasized in the protocol that according to the law one can investigate well and honestly, or according to the law it can be sloppy. And unfortunately they did the latter” added Ivan Vyskočil.
In his opinion, there were more suspicious circumstances in the case. For example, Jakub had tattered clothes, even though he basically always walked like he was out of a box. No traces were found at the place of the passenger, even though the day before the death of Vyskočil the younger, his girlfriend was sitting there, so they could have been wiped out by a third party. According to the police, there was no identification of the body by the relatives at all, and the contradictory statements about the amount of blood at the place where the body was found are also supposed to be mysterious.
Why a forensic autopsy?
And why did the family insist so much on a forensic autopsy?
“The doctors who performed the medical autopsy themselves stated that they could not do what the police asked them to clarify, that this is precisely what the forensic autopsy is for. And because to them some things felt strange, like they didn’t find the bullet (which was suddenly found by the police somewhere mysteriously), they found only fragments from the shell of the bullet, so they directly recommended a forensic autopsy,” Vyskočil told eXtra.cz previously.
“It was confirmed to us by both: the doctor who directly performed the autopsy, and her colleague who was also there. But despite this clear recommendation, the police did not order a forensic autopsy,” the actor did not understand the decision of the law enforcement officers.
“The so-called bullet channel, the trajectory of the bullet, which is extremely important, is not done in a medical autopsy. It could clarify whether the weapon was really held by Jakub or by someone else,” Vyskočil believed. Now he will finally get answers.
