In 2023, the traditional Rudolph bakery from Eußenheim could have celebrated its 115th anniversary. But it will not come to that for the fourth-generation family bakery. Because in Eußenheim an era comes to an end when Thomas Rudolph gives up the bakery business that he took over from his father Herbert Rudolph in 1995 on September 30. New bakery branches in Eußenheim, Karlstadt and Karlburg The reason: Rudolph cannot find a successor for the bakery – a, as he says, great challenge that also affects numerous other trades.
