It’s getting scary! K-19 killed a baby and a 24-year-old healthy man in our country

677 are the newly diagnosed persons with coronavirus infection in our country during the last 24 hours. 135 of them were detected by PCR and 542 by rapid antigen tests. A total of 12,534 tests were performed in the past 24 hours, 3,343 of which were PCR and 9,191 were antigenic. This is shown by the National Information System.

The distribution by districts at the current address of the persons is as follows: Blagoevgrad – 43; Burgas – 41; Varna – 62; Veliko Tarnovo – 36; Vidin – 28; Vratsa – 19; Gabrovo – 14; Dobrich – 10; Kardzhali – 12; Kyustendil – 17; Lovech – 11; Montana – 5; Pazardzhik – 29; Pernik – 6; Pleven – 17; Plovdiv – 49; Razgrad – 16; Ruse – 21; Silistra – 9; Sliven – 37; Smolyan – 3; Sofia region – 14; Sofia city – 75; Stara Zagora – 40; Targovishte – 5; Haskovo – 20; Shumen – 20; Yambol – 18.

The proven cases of the new coronavirus in our country at the moment are a total of 462,710. Of these, 34,507 are active, and the cured persons are 409,054, of which 526 – registered during the past 24 hours.

The total number of patients with confirmed COVID-19, who are accommodated in hospitals in our country, is 4,284. 339 of them are in intensive care units.

The doses of vaccines against coronavirus infection delivered in Bulgaria so far are a total of 2,356,197. 1,654 of them have been administered in the last 24 hours.

The national information system shows that the new coronavirus has been confirmed in 13,936 medical staff in Bulgaria. The new cases registered in the last 24 hours are eight. One of them was found by a doctor, four by a nurse, one by a nurse and two by another medical staff.

19,149 are the deceased persons in whom COVID-19 was found. 34 new cases were registered in the past 24 hours. They died:

a 51-year-old woman with obesity;

a 65-year-old woman for whom no concomitant diseases have yet been introduced into the system;

a 53-year-old woman for whom no concomitant diseases have yet been introduced into the system;

a 67-year-old woman with heart disease;

a 74-year-old woman for whom no concomitant diseases have yet been introduced into the system;

a 66-year-old man for whom there is currently no information on concomitant diseases;

an 80-year-old woman for whom no concomitant diseases have yet been introduced into the system;

an 89-year-old man with heart disease;

an 84-year-old man for whom no concomitant diseases have yet been introduced into the system;

a 77-year-old woman with heart disease;

a 72-year-old woman with heart disease;

a 64-year-old woman with heart and cancer;

an 87-year-old man with heart disease;

a 71-year-old woman with heart disease;

an 81-year-old man for whom concomitant diseases have not yet been introduced into the system;

an 89-year-old man with heart disease;

a 73-year-old woman with heart disease;

a 79-year-old man for whom there is currently no information on concomitant diseases;

a 72-year-old man with heart disease;

a 74-year-old woman with heart disease;

a 67-year-old man for whom there is currently no information on concomitant diseases;

a 73-year-old woman with heart disease;

a 61-year-old woman with diabetes, heart and chronic kidney disease;

a 24-year-old man for whom no concomitant diseases have yet been introduced into the system;

a 75-year-old woman with heart disease;

an 81-year-old man with heart disease;

a 69-year-old woman with diabetes and heart disease;

an 81-year-old man with heart disease;

a newborn for whom there is currently no information on concomitant diseases;

a 75-year-old woman with diabetes, heart, chronic neurological and chronic lung disease;

a 57-year-old woman with heart and chronic kidney disease;

a 61-year-old man with diabetes and heart disease;

a 62-year-old man with heart disease;

a 66-year-old woman with diabetes, heart and chronic neurological disease.

The Ministry of Health expresses its condolences to the families and relatives of the deceased.
