Giacomo Nizzolo is the new Italian cycling champion. The NTT Pro Cycling team rider won the 2020 Italian Championships in a sprint, 253.7 km from Bassano del Grappa to Cittadella. Nizzolo, the second success in the national championship after that of 2016, happens in the roll of honor to Davide Formolo. Podium completed by Dancers e Colbrelli. A decisive race in the final, with a small group of riders who arrived in the decisive kilometers to play for the tricolor jersey. After shots and counter-shots, we arrive in the sprint: Nibali tries the lunge at 1000 meters, but is immediately taken up again.
