JAKARTA, KOMPASTV – National Police Headquarters confirmed roadblock issued by the former Head of the Coordinating and Supervision Bureau (Karo Korwas) Criminal Investigation Police Brigjen Pol Prasetijo Utomo is not for the public.
Head of Polri Huma Division, Inspector General (Pol) Argo Yuwono explain, roadblock published Brigjen Prasetijo only used for members of the police force.
Argo stated roadblock as obtained Djoko Tjandra only intended for office purposes out of the city of members of the Police.

Not only that, according to Argo, the road letter was only issued by the Criminal Investigation Chief or Deputy Criminal Investigation Chief. This means Brigadier General Pasetijo has no right to issue the letter.
However, Argo did not elaborate further on the mechanism for issuing the travel permit.
“The road letter is for the assignment of a director or karo at the Criminal Investigation Police. That should be done by Kabareskrim or Wakabareskrim,” Argo said at the Police Criminal Investigation Building, Wednesday (07/15/2020). Quoted from Kompas.com.
