Iran and UAE Emphasize Regional security Through Joint Participation
Iran and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) underscored the importance of ensuring West Asian security through the collective involvement of all regional states. This shared perspective emerged during a recent phone conversation between high-level security officials from both nations.
The discussion involved Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Akbar Ahmadian and UAE’s National Security Advisor Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They addressed regional matters, bilateral relations, and the Israeli-U.S. actions against Iran.
ahmadian commended the UAE’s stance against Israel’s military actions targeting Iran. he emphasized that regional security is interconnected and necessitates participation from all countries in the area.
Ahmadian further stated that if any regional country faces threats from foreign sources, the entire region will be challenged. He also highlighted iran’s consistent policy of fostering stronger ties with its neighboring countries.
The UAE’s national security advisor echoed this sentiment, asserting that all regional states bear the responsibility for guaranteeing the region’s security. he noted that compromised security for one nation negatively affects all others.
