JAKARTA, KOMPASTV – Indonesia Police Watch (IPW) received information from the TNI General Andika Perkasa will be submitted as Commander of the TNI replaces the TNI Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto.
Chairman of the Presidium IPW, Neta S Pane explained the information he received after the change Commander of the TNI, Hadi did not immediately retire from the government.
President Jokowi wants the former KSAU to remain in the cabinet.
From the information obtained by IPW, Hadi will sit at the Minister of Defense. Although there is also information that says Hadi will take the position of Minister of Transportation.
“Initially after being moved from the TNI Commander, Hadi would take a break as Indonesian Ambassador to France, but Jokowi still asked him in his homeland to join the cabinet,” said Neta in a written statement, Thursday (20/8/2020).
Apart from the position of TNI Commander, Neta also received information that there would be a reshuffle and change of ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet.
