I have an IPAD Pro 11 ” from 2018 and a USB hard drive in ExFat with movies. The hard drive is well recognized by the iPad Pro.
I want to play my movies directly from my USB hard drive, but I can’t find an app that works properly. Either the player like VLC does not play a good part of the movies, or the player does not want to play on the hard disk, or the player copies the entire movie to the iPad to try to start playing it, or video or audio codec problems (I don’t even discuss the subtitle part for the moment).
Do you have a good video player to advise me?
Container (MKV), Video Codecs (H264 and H265), format (1080P and 720P), Audio Codecs (AC3, DTS and AAC), subtitle (srt, sub, VOB and BD).
