The modern logistics complex will allow “Kesko Senukai Latvia” to reduce the transport costs of production and offer new opportunities to local producers. The total size of the object is 14,200 m2 and the total storage capacity is 13,000 pallets with the possibility of increasing it in the future.

“Together with modern warehouse and transport logistics solutions, supplier centralization will provide additional opportunities to expand the range of goods in our stores, while reducing the cost of delivering goods. The project was completed in less than a year: modern warehouse equipment was installed in the new logistics center, extensive shelving systems, offices and other improvements were implemented. The work was carried out by developer SIRIN Development, a full-cycle industrial and commercial real estate development company acting as an investor, developer and owner of long-term built properties.
