Intiland Releases a Smart Home Concept of Rp. 3.6 Billion Per Unit

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Intiland Development Tbk launched Sierra, a cluster development with the concept of a smart home or smart home in Serenia Hills housing estate, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.

Intiland’s Director of Business Development Permadi Indra Yoga explained that the Sierra cluster launch was driven by the momentum of the current increasing demand for landed housing units.

This follows the new Dandelion cluster in the Graha Natura residential area in Surabaya last month.

The Sierra cluster was developed on an area of ​​?? 1.6 hectares, and is equipped with technology smart home to add to the comfort and safety of its residents.

Each housing unit has wide windows for optimal lighting and airflow. Application of concepts high ceiling and a good arrangement of room functions presents a spacious atmosphere.

The company offers the Sierra cluster for only 42 units with prices starting from Rp. 3.6 billion. There are two types to choose from, namely the Avana type, size 204/104, and the Brava type 235/117.

Both have the same three-story residential concept with three bedrooms and one multifunctional room that can be used according to the residents’ needs.

The provision of multifunctional rooms is the answer to the situation and conditions of the people who are more at home due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This extra multi-functional room can be used according to the residents’ needs, such as for a workspace, playroom, space for sports or creation, as well as being used as a guest bedroom.

Serenia Hills itself is a 26 hectare residential area in the Lebak Bulus area, South Jakarta, which was built since 2012.
