EAClima, company specializing in air conditioning and engine cooling, has published a series of technical videos with the aim of helping the market in the development of these families. The first of them, already published on the official channel of Youtube of the company, explains to the repairmen how to detect the presence of leaks in an air conditioning circuit by injecting nitrogen.

David Pau, commercial and marketing director of the company, is in charge of explaining the process step by step, beginning by indicating the basic operation of an air conditioning circuit in a vehicle. From there, he develops -taking the necessary security measures- the process by which technicians will be able to easily determine whether or not there is a leak in the circuit.

The nitrogen injection in an air conditioning circuit -using, for this, a kit that is already available in the catalog of EAClima– is an effective method for leak detection. It is a sustainable practice, since Nitrogen, a non-polluting gas, would be injected into the circuit. It is also a more effective method, since the nitrogen molecule is smaller than that of the refrigerant, and it will find an easier way out where there could be one, thus evidencing the presence of leaks in the circuit.
