Inter Versicherung and its previous board spokesman Dr. Michael Solf go their separate ways. Roberto Svenda will be the new CEO as of July 1st. Solf was released from his duties on July 1st.
The supervisory boards have appointed Roberto Svenda, member of the board of directors of Inter Versicherungsverein aG, Inter Krankenversicherung AG, Inter Lebensversicherung AG and Inter Allgemeine Versicherung AG, as spokesman for the board. From July 1, 2023, Svenda will be responsible not only for corporate policy, but also for the areas of application, inventory, performance, central input and service management, data processing, capital investments, compliance and organizational development.
Roberto Svenda, born in 1972, has worked for the insurance group since 1991 and has been a member of the Management Board since 2014. The supervisory board is very pleased that Roberto Svenda, as the new primus inter pares of the board, is taking over the moderation of the strategic, organizational and management culture orientation of the INTER insurance group.
The previous spokesman of the board, Dr. Michael Solf was released from his duties at Inter on June 1, 2023. The Supervisory Board thanked Dr. Solf for his work and wished him well. Solf only assumed the position of CEO of the insurance group in January 2019.
Other board members of the Inter insurance group are Dr. Sven Koryciorz and Michael Schillinger.
