Employees of the SBU intercepted the training manual while sending it through secret channels.
The document has a note regarding “steady use”. Using these abstracts, Russian officials, artists and athletes should prepare their abstracts.

At the same time, one of the main orders of the FSB is to praise Putin as if he defended Russia.
“And for greater persuasiveness, FSB analysts cite a whole block of “the most honest statistics” about sky-high support for the Russian dictator and list arguments so that Russians are not afraid of a default and international sanctions,” the press service writes.
