“There is a pressing need and a necessity to undertake these reforms in particular with regard to public establishments and enterprises (PEC) in order to achieve efficiency and profitability and ensure their harmony”, he said. he continued.

The Minister also stressed that many reforms require specific legal revisions, highlighting a renewal of the institutions that accompany the historical phase marked by the reflection around the new development model, the repercussions of the coronavirus pandemic, and this that we need in terms of economic recovery, social action and good governance.
