“The institutional reform project has been launched since Morocco embarked on major reforms in various fields, in particular the regionalization project which in itself constitutes a form of reform of the entire State and not only of institutions. and administration, “he said, recalling in this regard the strengthening of decentralization and deconcentration and the reform of the investment and administration system and its digitization.

Rabbah also considered that all the departments are concerned by this reform including that of Energy, mines and the environment and that “the Morocco of today is one of challenges and new perspectives which aspires to be a emerging and influential country in a world that does not wait for the hesitant “.

“Much progress has been made over the past 20 years. Thus, we are entering a new phase with the coronavirus and all the challenges, constraints, needs and developments at the international, national and regional levels that it imposes” , he said.
