The appointment did not take long for the post of sub-prefect of Louhans.
Philippe Deborde will be the future sub-prefect of Louhans: he has just been appointed by presidential decree of this Friday, January 8, a decree published in the Official Journal this Saturday, January 9.
Currently head of the veterinary inspection center of Saint-Eanne in the Deux-Sèvres department, Philippe Deborde attended the Nantes veterinary school from 2010 to 2015. He completed his studies with a thesis carried out in Denmark on well- be dairy cows. For his first post, he was in charge of health security studies at the Ministry of Agriculture. He then worked as a veterinarian at the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Border Inspection Service (SIVEP) at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle. Before carrying out a four-month mission at the French Embassy in Vietnam as a “veterinary drug” researcher.
He will succeed Pascaline Boulay, the current sub-prefect of Louhans, who has just been appointed sub-prefect of Gex – Nantua, in the Ain.
