“Our team has already sent a letter to Meta with a request to unblock the page. In addition, we sent letters to Meta about the head of the Association and five other pages related to the activities of Azov. Now they are all blocked,” Fedorov said.
He stressed that the Ministry of Digital Development expects a prompt response from Meta, since the pages of Ukrainian defenders should not be blocked.
According to Fedorov, he hopes that the company will change its approach to content moderation in social networks, since there is a problem of massive blocking of Ukrainian user accounts.
“The world should know the truth about the war in Ukraine,” the minister concluded.
