Innovative technology from the Celle company Bendforce for internal pipe bending

That.

A year ago, the Bendforce company presented its innovative technology for mobile internal pipe bending of thermally insulated pipes to the public on the former Itag premises in Westercelle. What sounds a bit cumbersome, word quickly got around in the international industry for district heating projects and pipeline construction. After the first orders in Hamburg, Ulm and Switzerland, the young company from Celle, which is constantly growing and is looking for a new location in the city, is now receiving inquiries about projects worth millions from Africa and China.

At the end of the summer, the developers and technicians were in action in Hamburg, where the southern line district heating project is being built at a cost of several hundred million euros. A tunnel will be laid under the Elbe for this purpose. The line laid in it is intended to connect the Hafen Energy Park on the Dradenau with the central district heating network in the future. The coal-fired power plant in Wedel is to be replaced by 2025. Bendforce was responsible for bending the necessary lines in the north. In the spring, when the tunnel is finished, the Celle company will start work on connecting the port to the district heating network.
