You are expecting a child. At our information evening for expectant parents, we will introduce you to our obstetrics and inform you about the offers before, during and after the birth in the Martin Luther Hospital. For example, learn more about:
- registering the birth
- our consultation hours for pregnancy counseling and birth registration
- medical care during pregnancy
- care and support before and during the birth
- Our team consists of doctors (obstetricians), midwives, attending midwives, pediatricians, anesthetists, pediatricians/nurses, lactation consultants and baby pilots
- our pre-labor rooms and delivery rooms
- the care and accommodation for you and your child on the maternity ward
- Check-ups for your newborn, as well as advice and medical care from the pediatricians at the Clinic for Newborn Medicine
- our baby guides and their advice on all aspects of pregnancy, birth and the first few days with the baby
- follow-up care in the first few weeks after birth

Please wear an FFP2 mask and bring a daily rapid test from a certified test center with you. A Schnelltest Berlin test center is located directly in front of the Martin Luther Hospital at Caspar-Theyß-Straße 29. The Martin Luther Hospital was honored by the Tagesspiegel as “Best Recommendation: Obstetrics for normal births” (2022/2023). This means that the clinic for gynecology and obstetrics headed by chief physician Prof. Dr. medical Uwe Andreas Ulrich according to a survey conducted by the Tagesspiegel among resident doctors in this area about the top 3 clinics in the capital.
