Indra Sjafri Reveals the Fate of Jordi Amat’s Naturalization

Sports News, – The naturalization fate of Jordi Amat was revealed by Indra Sjafri as PSSI’s Technical Director after the player’s decision invited pros and cons.

As a potential naturalized player for the Indonesian national team, Jordi Amat recently decided to join the Malaysian club, Johor Darul Takzim (JDT).


Many Indonesian fans did not accept Jordi Amat’s decision and filed a petition to cancel his naturalization.

The fans claim that they do not want the appearance of the Spaniard to decline after joining the Southeast Asian club.

Whereas previously Indonesian fans asked Jordi Amat to continue his career in Europe.

Because previously Jordi Amat spent a lot of his career defending European clubs such as Spain, Real Betis and Swansea City.

Indra Sjafri said the situation was still the same as Shin Tae-yong’s desire to naturalize Jordi Amat.
