Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) reshuffled its board of directors. Some have been replaced, but many have been added to fill the positions of senior cellular operators. Who are they?
At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) today, Monday (15/5/2023) the shareholders agreed to a change in the composition of the board of directors.
Ritesh Kumar Singh and Desmond Cheung, who previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer respectively, are now appointed to be part of the Board of Directors (BOD).
At this Annual GMS, Armand Hermawan was also replaced, who is now filled by Ahmad Zulfiqar Said as Director & Chief Strategy & Execution Officer.
With the addition of the two directors, then Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison now has seven directors.
In addition, the company also changed the position held by Muhammad Danny Buldansyah from Director & Chief Regulatory Officer to Director & Chief Commercial Officer.
