Indosat Ooredoo state the condition network they are currently normal and not experiencing any disturbances.
“We can say that currently Indosat Ooredoo’s network condition is generally in normal condition,” wrote Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications Indosat Ooredoo, Steve Saerang, to CNNIndonesia.com in a text message.
“If there are customers who have problems using our services, please report the details of the problem to the Indosat Ooredoo customer service center through the available service channels, such as Twitter @indosatcare, IM3 Ooredoo Official Whatsapp 08551000185, email and telephone to 185,” Steve continued.
Steve added that Indosat Ooredoo continues to strive to provide the best service for digital telecommunications needs.
Previously, Twitter’s timeline was filled with complaints from citizens about Indosat’s network on Monday afternoon.
Indosat experienced network problems not long after Indihome owned by Telkom Group experienced the same thing since last Sunday (19/9) afternoon.
