The senior team, boasting a roster that includes Megawati Hangestri, Ersandrina Devega, Medi Yoku, Tisya Amali, Asih Titi Pangestuti, and Arsela Nuari, was expected to secure a victory against their younger counterparts. However, the U-21 team, led by players such as Junaida Santi, Kadek Diva, Chelsa Berliana, Miradanti Namira, and Indah Guretno, under the guidance of coach Carlos Sugiyama, delivered a performance that earned them the win and ignited strong reactions from volleyball enthusiasts.
