Manama: Muharraq’s team won the internal badminton tournament organized as part of the Youth India Bahrain Youth Carnival. Ijaz and Jaseem, who played for Muharraq, defeated the team of Rifa’s Abdu Ahad and Shami in the finals of the 11-team tournament. Winners were welcomed by Youth India President VK Friends Social Association representative Faisal also presented trophies to Anees and runners up. Abdu Ahad, Ijaz and Faisal led the tournament.
