India Approves Emergency Use of AstraZeneca Vaccine | Voice of America

On the 1st, India approved the emergency use of a novel coronavirus vaccine jointly developed by British AstraZeneca and Oxford University.

AstraZeneca is the first to be approved for use of the corona vaccine in India.

Accordingly, India plans to begin vaccinating as early as next week.
