For the third consecutive week, the agents of the City and of the CCAS of Guingamp demonstrated in front of the town hall, within the framework of the future increase, on January 1, 2022 of their working time, with a passage to 1,607 hours, like all other French communities.
“Without recognition”
This will represent 60 hours of overtime for the Guingampese agents who denounce, through these gatherings, an increase “without recognition” and a lack of compensation from the municipality. “We need dialogue, above all, and a gesture”, slips Gwenaëlle Guyomard, secretary of the CFDT Territoriaux section of Guingamp. They were more than 40 gathered shortly after 11 a.m., flags of the CGT and CFDT united, and are planning other gatherings of the same type without change in the situation.
