Actor and broadcaster Ham So-won explained that it was an employee’s mistake to misrepresent the origin of the diet tea he was selling, but the controversy over this seems to be growing.

I made a mistake at that time and I said,’It’s okay, it’s no big deal. The origin is written on the back of the envelope.’ I told you, but (the staff member) seems to have been very difficult.”
He also said, “(Employee) is the head of the family, and I want to pass that period somehow and give me a chance again. I think you were confused about the product at that moment.”
In the meantime, Ham So-won added, “Mr. Chief, come back. It’s okay. It’s because everyone is in a difficult time now. We will wait without repairing your resignation.”
Earlier, Ham So-won uploaded a live broadcast video on his SNS on the 14th. In the video, Ham So-won was promoting while drinking the diet tea he was selling.
In this video, one netizen left a comment about the origin of diet tea, and Ham So-won replied, “It is domestic edible rose.” However, the diet tea originated in Pakistan, and netizens asked for clarification and pointed out. Eventually, Ham So-won ended up deleting the comment.
