In Valencia the blackout this Thursday caused several explosions of posts and tanks

This Thursday at night the electric service failed again in different communities of Valencia and Naguanagua, according to reports from various users of social networks, also causing several explosions on poles and tanks.

Through the social network Twitter, those affected posted videos in which the moment in which electric shocks occur repeatedly is observed. Even one of the neighbors mentions up to 14 in a row.

It was also known that urbanizations of the San José de Valencia parish, there were several outbursts that were allegedly heard from the electricity tanks in Altos de Prebo, calle 130, La Trigaleña, Prebo II Norte, Trigal Norte. The same happened in Rafael Urdaneta parish, Parque Valencia, sectors 22 and 23, causing detonations.

“Diosito que no rain” because the power goes out

“Diosito que no ralue”, is the request of a neighbor in the Naguanagua municipality, convinced that every time the rain falls the electricity goes away for hours.

In this municipality, people denounce that it has remained in the last months up to 24 hours without the electricity service, without to date knowing, for sure, the true reasons for this calamity that also affects the inhabitants of Valencia and San Diego.

Added to this is the lousy Internet and telephony service.

Although the interruptions are far from being scheduled, they are intermittently repeated every week, thus reducing the quality of life of the users and all that this implies in the tasks that must be carried out in the middle of the mandatory quarantine.

There is no fixed day or time for blackouts

There is no fixed day or time, the truth is that the system’s failures persist without any visible solution, despite the fact that the electricity company announced improvements and preventive maintenance every month in electrical networks in different municipalities of Carabobo.

In Naguanagua, several sectors, Colinas de Girardot, La Entrada, Tazajal, Guayabal were left in the dark and so far this week they do not even have running water, despite Hydrocentro announcements that this Thursday the service would be normalized.

Its inhabitants even claim that they cannot find a place to go due to the wave of mosquitoes that breaks out when the electricity goes out, due to the lack of a breeze and excessive heat.

On the other hand, the carabobeños regret that they get tired of calling to report the failure to the phones that are shared on the Corpoelec company networks, without any response, since they are simply not attended.
