In Ukraine, 7,856 new cases of coronavirus per day

Almost 2.8 thousand patients with coronavirus were hospitalized per day. At the same time, more than 5 thousand COVID patients recovered.

In Ukraine, 7,856 new cases of COVID-19 were detected per day, of which 355 are children and 119 health workers. About it informs Head of the Ministry of Health Maxim Stepanov on Monday, April 12.

The day before, 2770 people were hospitalized, 287 Ukrainians died, 5355 people recovered.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,861,105 people have fallen ill in Ukraine, 1,416,215 people have recovered, and 37,301 Ukrainians have died.

Over the past day, most of all new cases of COVID-19 were registered in Dnipropetrovsk (1112), Kharkiv (595), Lviv (590), Kiev (537) and
Kiev (477) regions.
