Al-Marsad Newspaper: Kingdom Ambassador to Beirut Walid Bukhari said the Kingdom message reflects the leadership’s enthusiasm in preserving Lebanon’s security, stability and unity.
Ambassador Bukhari stressed during the celebration held today in Beirut on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Taif Agreement, that there is no intention to change the Taif Agreement, and this is the position of the Saudi leadership, noting that it is important to preserve the national agreement at this time.
He went on to say that the Arab League and the Tripartite Committee were enthusiastic about the patronage of the late King Fahd bin Abdulaziz and the support and efforts of the martyr Rafik Hariri; On the security and stability of Lebanon, underlining that the Kingdom always counts on the wisdom of Lebanese leaders and on the aspirations of the Lebanese people.
