Al-Marsad newspaper: Sheikh Saad Al-Khathlan, member of the Council of Senior Scholars, clarified the ruling on accompanying a non-Muslim waitress on the journey from Taif to Jeddah via Mecca, with the aim of shortening the time .
Al-Khathlan said during an “Istifatoonak” program on the Al-Resala canal: “It is allowed to pass, but outside the Haram area, as there are other ways for non-Muslims to cross it.”
And he continued: “As for the part of Mecca outside the Haram, there is nothing wrong with passing a non-Muslim.”
