The Egyptian Opera House, headed by Dr. Magdy Saber, yesterday evening, organized an artistic concert at the Sayed Darwish Theater in the Alexandria Opera House, in celebration of the birth anniversary of the late artist Mohamed Fawzi, while taking precautionary measures and preventive controls, in line with the state’s plan to confront the emerging Corona virus, and reduce Overcrowding by allowing the attendance of only 25% of the capacity of the house, self-sterilization gates were operated, adherence to masks, social distancing, and subjection to thermal reagents before entering.
The Alexandria Opera Company for Arabic Music and Singing, led by Maestro Ihab Abdel Hamid, performed an artistic concert on this occasion, where the band’s stars presented a variety of masterpieces of the late artist, as the concert began with a cocktail music composed by artist Mohamed Fawzy, performing flute player Dalia Atef and distributed by Mohamed Atef, then Actress Sarah Magdy called “I am my heart my uncle” and “dictates in my heart”, and artist Mustafa Saad sang “Oh beautiful, who is here” and “Longing baffled me.”
The artist Shams Ibrahim sang “All the pounding in my heart” and “I met it I found it”, followed by a duet by Shams Ibrahim and Mustafa Saad “Farhana and Frightened”, and the second part of the concert was presented by the artist Ayman Mustafa “The fatigue of my heart’s passion” and “Dar Al-Oyoun”. The artist, Heba Ismail, is called “Minaa In Your Neighborhood” and “Oh dearest from my eyes”. The artist Mohamed Metwally starred as he presented the songs “The Show of Flowers” and “Aanour Jadid.” The stars of the band concluded the ceremony with the most wonderful tunes of Muhammad Fawzi, “Bird Bina Ya Heart”.
