In the east of the Netherlands, in the town of Haxbergen, a man launched a homemade fireworks display. 12-year-old boy who watched the action was fatally injured reported in the regional police department.
Children reportedly watched an adult man use a hammer to launch fireworks during a street party with four families.
During the launch, an accident occurred, as a result of which two boys, 11 and 12 years old, were injured. They were hospitalized. However, it was not possible to save the older child – he died in the hospital from his injuries.
