Head of the regional administration Serhiy Osachuk personally gave a gift to the Chernivtsi woman on behalf of the guarantor. In his office, he handed the girl a doll, reported on the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration Facebook page.
“When, due to the callousness of adults, five-year-old Margarita in the garden did not get a gift for the celebration of women’s equality, this is a case for the assessment of Chernivtsi city leaders,” Osachuk said.

The head of the region said that the president learned about the situation and personally asked him to congratulate Margarita, the local newspaper writes “Chernivtsi ray“.
